12-Month Aphelion Warranty

Every watch sold by Aphelion Watches is carefully inspected before dispatch and covered by our 12-month Aphelion Warranty.

This warranty covers:

  • Mechanical or movement failure
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faults not caused by accidental damage or misuse

This warranty does not cover:

  • Scratches or cosmetic wear
  • Water damage caused by misuse
  • Damage caused by drops, impacts or improper handling
  • Battery replacement (if applicable)

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

Your Legal Rights

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Under UK consumer law, all goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. These rights apply regardless of any additional warranty provided by Aphelion Watches.

Grey Market Disclosure

All watches sold by Aphelion Watches are genuine, authentic timepieces sourced through independent wholesale channels. They are not purchased through manufacturer authorised dealers. As a result, manufacturer warranty is not included. All watches are covered exclusively by the 12-Month Aphelion Warranty described above.

Where stated in the product listing, watches may include original box and papers.
